Redwood Region Economic Development Commission

The Arcata/Eureka Airport serves the entire redwood region. It is served by  United Express that provides scheduled service to San Francisco and Sacramento.

RREDC recognizes that convenient and affordable air service is critical to our local busineses and community at large.  Therefore, we will continue to work with the Humboldt County Aviation Division to expand and improve air service from the redwood region.

Our goal is simple; we want more flights to more destinations.

How You Can Help

Convincing airlines to add new service is a community effort that must involve the business community, residents, public institutions and our airport.  You can help this effort by:

1. Signing up as a supporter of Fly Humboldt!  See the link at the left.
2. Answering our community air service survey and promoting the survey to your friends and colleagues.  The survey is available at flyhumboldt.org.
3. Promoting a positive community support message to existing and potential air carriers.
