Headwaters Loan Fund Information
RREDC is a contracted lender for the County of Humboldt's "Headwaters" Loan Fund.

RREDC will use the Headwaters Loan Fund to augment our existing loan program. This means that a potential borrower will apply for a loan using our standard loan application. Loan terms will typically be the same as our standard loan.

However, with access to Headwaters Loan Funds, RREDC can now consider loans in excess of our normal $300,000 limit.
