RREDC has nineteen members and is governed by a Board of Directors appointed by member agencies from their respective governing bodies.
Current members of the Board include:
· City of Arcata - Vice Mayor Alex Stillman
· City of Blue Lake - Mayor Sherman Schapiro, Chair of the Board
· City of Eureka - Councilmember Chris Kerrigan, Executive Committee
· City of Ferndale - Councilmember Ken Mierzwa
· City of Fortuna - Councilmember Patrick Whitchurch
· City of Rio Dell - Councilmember Mike Dunker
· City of Trinidad - Member to be appointed
· County of Humboldt –Supervisor John Woolley, Vice Chair of the Board
· Hoopa Valley Tribe – Member to be appointed
· Humboldt Bay Harbor, Recreation, & Conservation District – Commissioner Mike Wilson
· Humboldt Bay Municipal Water District – Director Bruce Rupp, Past Chair of the Board
· Humboldt Community Services District - Director Frank Scolari
· Manila Community Services District - Director Charles McDaniels
· McKinleyville Community Services District – Director Helen Edwards, Executive Committee, Loan Committee
· Orick Community Services District – Director Ken Childs
· Orleans Community Services District – Member to be appointed

The RREDC Board of Directors elects a six-member Executive Committee. The role of this committee is to approve loans (after the loan application is reviewed by the Loan Committee), and to act on other matters as assigned by the Board of Directors.
